Good service when needed but monthly fee is too high. After my first service call, my fee increased.
I waited 2.5 hours to talk to someone from the Philippines to never resolve my problems.
Lack of good vendors to make repairs, lack of response after each of several calls I made to them about an unfinished service call.

I called friday afternoon about the fact my AIr Conditoner broke AGAIN after 33 days of being fixed. The first time it caught on fire, well it did it again, it caught on fire AGAIN!!! The agent said he would call me right back, BUT NEVER DID!!!

I have been an American Home shield user for 10 years. Recently, my service has not been so great. My air conditioner went out. Repair company took over 3 weeks to repair my unit. Then it breaks again, and the same service company assigned never brothers to call. I had to call them, and there mail box is full. I finally get though, he comes out tell me I need a compressor for my unit, and never bother sending request to AHS. No more customer service. Always talking to a virtual asst in the Phillipines. I have 9 warranties on the homes I own and your vendors that you hire are thiefs. 90% of the time the $75 sc. is not enough. Always want more money and give ridiculous estimates to repair. I'm also a realtor with ERA Brokers Consolidated in Las Vegas and have been selling warranties for AHS to my clients for over 25 yrs. AHS is now under umbrella of Frontdoor. All warranty Companys suck in my Unprofessional opinion!
