Not sure why I had to pay $100.00 for someone to come put my filter in correctly. No part was ordered or anything.
I have 2 open orders for over a month and it hasn't been fix yet.

My fridge stop cooling the freezer still works. Filed a claim on 6/17/2020 they sent out a company that I’ve never heard of he was here less then 5 min and said he didn’t have the part that he had to order it that it could be a week. A week or so later I received call from Home Shield telling new the part was on back order and should be in on 7/28/2020. Never heard anything more from them. No contractor available in my area that works wit AHS Needed new compressor in heat pump. Noise so loud neighbors even complained but AHS said if not broken considered it working Replaced the unit out of our own pocket

Worst overseas customer service eve! Reps put you on hold and never come back, transfer you to hold lines and never come back, hang up on you, no escalation options, even this box I am typing in doesn't let me review for typo errors.
