I called and spent 30 min on hold to talk to someone and then spoke to Beb. She put into the system that the AC and ductwork when I really needed the heater to be looked at. I said since they are out there then have them check both the heater and the A/C. The technician called me and said that she only put down A/C so he wouldn't be able to look at the heater. I have been using American Home Shield for about a year now and they have not fixed a single thing! My main large stove burner doesn't work and I called them and sent out a technician 6 times and never fixed it. I kept asking for someone who could help me and I finally gave up. I called them for a leaking pipe and water was running all over my garage and they supposedly expedited the order - I waited 36 hours and no one called me and I followed up and they forgot to process the claim! Are you kidding me!
Well been waiting for 2nd opinion for going on 3 weeks. Cant seem to get a refund from the first crook they sent out and promised it would be done. Oh and whenever you ask for a sup you get told one will call you back and then you never get that call. Also please stop the roosters in the background when talking to a over seas rep
I've had AHS off and on for over 17 years. They get a rep out quickly! If the object can't be repaired they replace. But I am waiting on a replacement now. Can't get anyone on the phone! Each time i call it's over an hour hold time!!

Every single contractor they send to my house lacks the parts to facilitate an immediate repair. Within the last two months alone I've been without an oven for two weeks and now and ac for seven weeks...both because the contractors Ahs dispatched lacked parts.

Not very happy with service, had 2 hvac systems out in 5 years ago come to find out they weren't wired correctly which cost me 4 service calls to finally get someone to fix the wiring. I shouldn't of had to pay $500 to service new u it's if they were installed correctly the first time. Still waiting for the a rep to call me to come make sure the other system is instead correctly because they are the same and the wiring is different. Hvac man said he couldn't check it cause the ticket was just for one.
