Complete disaster. We have a pipe blockage since Sunday. We have cut the water. So we have been out of water in the house for 4 days. We have called at least 5 times Home Shield. They keep putting us on hold. Definitely a rip off. very disappointing customer services.
If something is broken or need repair more than 3 times. It should be replaced instead of me paying multiple fees

I am very disappointed with the way AHS handle my account for $100 credit that I was given then, tried to collect the funds when I used the credit for my garbage disposal repair!
I’ve been lied two three times. Each time I am told the dishwasher is being investigated and promised a call back within 24 hours. I’ve never received a single callback and there is not resolution.
