Their customer service is extremely poor. Hard to get through to a representative and when you do, it's someone whose first language is not English. Difficult to communicate.

This is the absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with. There were so many things to complain about it would take me hours to write it all. What you need to know is they sent crappy contractors that don’t check or reply to calls or text. After waiting weeks for the contractor to show up I decided to call AHS. The vendors who AHS contracted had very limited appointment availability. Once the appointment is scheduled it is AHS's policy to only diagnose the issue at the initial visit- not actually fix the issue. Then the vendor has to get the approval from AHS before ordering any parts or fixing any repairs. This ends up extending the repair process by weeks. WEEKS. It is very difficult to speak with them personally to set up service calls. Also, the company they provided, national factory service, has been completely unreliable, and after almost a month with many interruptions, our refrigerator is still not working.

The basis approach of "send me $100 and we'll discuss your problem" Also, no one to discuss a problem with, just some person in Asia to repeat the rules and no number in the US that can be called.
Well the warranty does provide a certain amount of peace of mind, far too often service appointments take up to a week. It seems there are not enough qualified technicians and vendors to handle the number of incoming claims.
They need more call takers for special issues to get resolved.
I am very displeased with overall performance and professionalism of serviceman who serviced washer. The Plumber was very detailed and professional BUT the problem still exists with water leaking in sink in Powder Room. It is getting more leakage when water goes out of washer.
