The worst warranty ever with the worst customer service. They never cover what they really say and there’s fine print that says they never gonna cover anything. Needed service on my toilet they sent a contractor who ripped up my vinyl on my floor without permission. Called customer service nobody wants to cover it, now I have a even more expensive problem! And the warranty company is telling me I need to find the contractor that they hired to fix my floor in the contact a company says I need to call the warranty!

Horrible. The seller of the condo which I purchased paid for a policy with AHS. The Hot water heater started leaking several weeks after my purchase of the condo. I was charged for a tech to come out and inspect and the inspector said it had been leaking way before I purchased the condo which wasn't true. I happened to take a photo of the size of the hot water heater to record it when doing my walk through. Had to pay an extra $125.00 jut to find out the problem was just an adjustment on the first call. Should of called the tech. first.
When a company raises its' rates in the middle of your contract & blames it on their vendor, it's time to stop doing business with them. What is the point of having a yearly contract if it can be amended without informing the customer? After being a loyal customer for 10 years, this is inexcusable.
We have are in peak of winters and our HVAC stopped working. The send technician immediately from Interstate Heating and Cooling for diagnosis. The technician gave the report to replace the HVAC and it was approved by paying $199 and regular $75 for visit. The HVAC arrived 15 days after and there was no mismatch between the new HVAC and VENT work. We have TRANE system it was replaced with GOODMAN with same efficiency. I've been ignored by Supervisors that say they've called and hadn't. I had to wait an hour plus on hold for service. Getting the run around being told that my issue was pre-existing when it clear was not. But it's your word against the Technian. My second opinion the technician stated it was compressor. I stood right by him as he checked my system and he NEVER once stated anything about pre-existing to me or in the paperwork. TOTALLY FRUSTRATED

On April 25, 2020 I placed a call for service for the property at 974 Deltona Blvd, Florida for several plumbing issues with my biggest concern being the toilet. It wasn't until May 2nd that it was finally fixed but to get to this point I had to endure over 16 hours worth of phone calls, repeatedly asking to speak to a supervisor with no avail.
