I am very unhappy with AHS. I requested service for my clogged kitchen sink on Dec. 18 and now it is Jan. 1 and I still haven't had anyone come to unclog it. The contractor they assigned was supposed to come on Dec. 23. I waited and he never showed up and never called. I called him and his voicemail was full. I sent him a text and he didn't answer the text until after Christmas and said he was sick and could come. Customer service representative don't always follow through
Because it took 2-1/2 months for them to finally replace my washer....the many many reps I spoke to had no answers, plus I had to Replace my garage door opener and was told i could hire my own person because my car was stuck and now you guys will not reimburse me
It's impossible to reach them by phone to request service. Internet works fine but is not always possible

False advertising ( if they cannot repair they replace.

Contractor didn't diagnose the problem properly and his diagnosis is still wrong. We still have the same problem.

It takes an hour to get someone on the phone, when you do they don’t speak English, The plumbers than contract with our incompetent end it is very hard to request a specific company.

Your good but when I signed up I specifically asked if microwaves were covered and was told yes. Mine broke and would not be fixed or replaced because it was an over the counter one.
The website sucks, in the last 2 months I cannot login snd calling abd emailing gets me no help
