I signed up for an Electronic Warranty. I am trying to cancel it and it has become very difficult to do so.. there is no accidental damage coverage when a customer service agent confirmed it was and now I cant cancel and getting a long run around.
Not sure where to begin, horrible customer service to start off.

Darren the plumber came the next day and did what appears quality work. American home shield recommended Quick dry for clean up. She never gave me a quote and put me off until Monday on Friday. I called to get the quote and never heard back from her. I was totally snubbed.
They have not fixed dishwasher in one month.

Have a pending appliance replacement that seems to have gone into oblivion - no call, no notice, no progress after appliance deemed unrepairable by service tech
It takes a very long time to speak with customer service. Additionally, my deductible is high and at times I’ve paid $100 just to be told by the technicians that the job isn’t covered.
