I have been waiting to fix my refrigerator for almost 2 months. No good communication from them. I kept calling. No body hardly know what's going on

We've had two properties for many years under their product. This year our Air codisinging went out and they wouldn't do shit. Even after two technicians told us that we should be covered, they did nothing. I am cancelling two polices that we had on our primary home and vacation home. Been with them for a decade or more. Horrible customer service. No follow up.
Waited for over 1.5 hours on phone. Left message on call back program for two straight days . Never got a call back.
I did not recommend this company is the worse company I found a stain at the ceiling in my dining room and call american home shield to report , they send 2 different plumbing companies horrible services they didn't know exactly diagnostics and I request a third opinion the technician came and opening a hole in my ceiling and another hole in wall bath they said it was a valve that was happens on September first and I
I was denied a claim for my hot water heater because of something which was done 3 or 4 years ago by a plumber sent by them.
