had an issue that wasn't resolved and American Home Shield continue to give me the run around

Repairs not completed. Repairman didn't understand the problem, or wasn't interested in fixing the issue.

Came on dec 16, said it would take 7-10 days for the part, still haven't heard from them and it's the end of Jan. Every call to them I'm told it's coming and to just wait.

The A/C contractor still hasn't been here to fix the problem. I called in and asked you to assign another contractor because when I called him he told me he was overwhelmed. You did nothing.
