Service man stated the microwave would’ve replaced. One Guard rep called and was very rude. Stated that it was not normal wear and tear, they would not be covering it and repairing or replacing.

AHE sent a company that obviously would not listen. I told them twice the board was out on our dishwasher. Company has now been here twice. Still not fixed! Today they agreed the board was out on our Kitchen Aide dishwasher.
They send out horrible companies to do repairs who often have very low ratings. Customer service people are awful and keep asking you the same qsts you've already answered. They also charged me twice for 1 call and it took awhile for them to see it was their error and reimburse us. They have canceled our repair request without notifying us, or their vendor cancelled because they couldn't do the repair, but didn't notify us.

I would have rated higher if not for the delay in my latest service. Also when I called from my phone , (because your site was down), I was told the wait was 39 minutes. When then called using my husband’s phone a few minutes later, I got right in.
