The monthly fee is expensive considering when I have called to obtain service I also had to pay an extra $125. Rip Off!

This company was willing to let me go without AC when the weather forecast was for 100+ degrees. They told me there were no contractors in my town. then they assigned me a contractor over 2 hours away. The contractor failed to show up when he said he would and then was rude when I called. He told me he was not coming and it would be the next day. Initial service request was very easy. However after the assessment, no one contacted me to start process of selecting appliance replacement. I had to call multiple times bc I couldn't stay on hold over 45min each time.

AHS has NOT completed the job. I'm still waiting for a part for my dishwasher and dryer. They are not working and I pay for protection each month.

The rating for plumbing should be a zero! I have had an open repair order for a replacement for a Delta bathtub faucet with a shower diverter that has been open since July 18, 2020 with no success from contacting Wiese Plumbing or American Home Shield. was disappointed to know that if my hvac system was to only be repaired, I would have to pay like $1,250 just for the freon.
