I was charged for an access fee of $250 because the contracted AC person did not have their own ladder. Getting American home shield to reassign the issue to a different company just resulted in them assigning this back to the same company that didn't have their own ladder. Getting them to find a contractor that can do the work instead of being assigned to a very small pool of contractors. Not happy! You sent two different technicians out to look at my furnace, they both said it needed replaced, then your people told me there was water in the furnace from the roof pipe. Not true! Neither tech said anything like that. I called the techs (both) and they said there was no water in the furnace. So I don’t know where that came from. The one tech said he was going to call your company and tell you there was no water. In the meantime I sit here with no heat and I would like this resolved, quickly!
AHS has been outstanding in the past, but recentlybhave failed to deliver service in a timely manner and i get consistly charged for lack od service
