Very bad service . Can’t fix washer machine almost for 1 month. I requested to talk to the manager many many times but was ignored. They changed vendor without my knowledge and still no result. Finally I spoke with manager, and no good outcome . The worst one. Going to cancel the contract.
Not trusted at all, contractors lied and AHS not trusted at all

They did not make an effort to help us resolve our problem
When you have an issue they assign someone but the person assigned could be bad and there is zero follow up by AHS Warranty personnel

They replaced my dishwasher, which is great, but the installation tech broke my sink, and AHS refused to cover fixing the sink even though my sink is covered since it was broken by someone not "normal wear and tear"

They could have done better with my AC issue!
Because the first time they came they didn't actually fix the problem and the second time they came they didn't even know what the problem was, there was absolutely no follow-up--even though I was told there would be, and yet, both times I had to pay $75, and I've been harassed to rate the company, so here we are.

DO NOT USE!! I wasted hours on the phone with this company it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. They do not listen, they do not try. I am canceling ASAP.
