When they list 5-6 things over the phone and you ask for them to send the quote in the mail, and the letter received only has 1 item and NO prices to match phone call...that is BAD customer service!

Last claim has taken over a month to get parts to fix a 2 year old dishwasher. That doesn’t make sense.
They sent out a plumber who didntb finish the job then i just to pay again for them to send another plumbing company to come out and finish the job. I closed my account because it cost me $250 to do a very small job that i could've paid a local plumber $50 to fix

I have had American home shield for 5 plus years they started off great now the customer service sucks and when you call, the call center is over sea and you can't understand what they are saying. The contractors half won't answer the phone the other half the voice mail is full. I have been waiting for two weeks to get my air and still waiting.
Hard to reach by phone when customers are not tech savvy. Also more service companies should be contracted.

Hours waiting just to talk to someone - this after a service provider was a no show ... with no call. Rescheduled and did not show up again. No call back and not answering my calls now. And AHS wants me to give another chance - delay repairs further even though they confirmed the provider also hung up on them. Still no resolution ... but they have my money. And I still can’t get anyone on the phone unless I wait an hour on hold.

I've had issues with a recall order - I've called about it at least 3 times now with different responses every time! They are charging me as though it's a new order, and I would like to effectively CANCEL my warranties because of it. Waiting for a call back from a supervisor that I first requested weeks ago.
