Poor communication to providers so service is incomplete I have been the customer for 30 years

Worst experience of my life with a company! I think that they just take peoples money and never repair anything. I’ve had to pay out of pocket for my garbage disposal and for my plumbing and now my pool pump is broken. I put in my request May 9 and they only have one contractor to service the whole Dallas Fort Worth market which is ridiculous. ABSOLUTE SCAM DO NOT BUY THIS INSURANCE. They fix nothing, they don't use anyone local and the companies they contract to do the absolute minimum and disappear. Recently they send a garage door company and then refused my claim because my 18 year old garage door opener quit working. They claim it's not covered because that's not "normal wear and tear"? There’s no way to email or text or live chat with them, you have to spend hours on hold and you always end up speaking with someone that doesn’t speak English and cannot make independent decisions.
