They have the wrong name on my contract and after 3 attempts they still have not corrected it. Each time I call they tell me someone will call or email me. No response yet.

I have been a customer of AHS for almost 20 years. Unfortunately, I am becoming more disappointed every time I need to use there services. My AC is out and the company that I was set up with told me it would take 1 week to even come out to my home to see what is wrong. No problem right.....wrong the temperature outside is in the 90's. Extremely poor customer service, very unprofessional, confused staff. Every interaction with AHS is very unpleasant to say the least. I really cannot say anything positive about AHS. Been seriously considering dropping coverage and going with another home warranty.

My refrigerator compressor has stopped working twice. My fridge is over 10 years old. American Home Shield has put me through Inconvenience waiting twice for more over a week to repair my fridge. The customer service wait times run for and hour 39 mins. Once I waited 1 hour 55 minutes and the agent I got was sitting in Trinidad. She was hard of even understanding my telephone number. If appliance needs to be replaced, it is difficult to get in touch with the department to begin process. It can also take 4 to 6 weeks to get appliance. The replacement amount given is on the low end for the appliances I have replaced but it is better than nothoing.
