I don't like that you can't get someone on the phone? I waited on the phone for over an hour before speaking to an agent. The agent then hung up on me because he did not want to find an AC contractor that could come to service my AC that evening. The phone staff must be understaffed. Over a month now without AC. 2 separate techs came out and said AC needs replaced. No response from AHS. TWO HOURS on hold... 3 different days they've said they'll call me back and they never do. This is the worst customer service I have EVER encountered.

So far we are 1 for 5 in repairs being done correctly. They had to send two different companies to repair our dishwasher, which turns out was only because the first company didn't bother to run the reset code on the dishwasher so the heating element would come back on. The fridge repair people have just been ridiculous. First it took 3 weeks for 1 part to come in, then they couldn't figure out why after the part was replaced that the water and ice machine were still not working so they had to send a "senior" technician out, ... read more

Providers were sub par and couldn’t complete jobs. Trying to stop policy has been a nightmare. Also, can’t email them. Have to call and deal with people with foreign accents who are reading from scripts.
