Last call in on August 7 still has not been resolved. It's a sink faucet and they haven't gotten parts yet. Very dissatisfied. Apparently the companies contracted to do the work are not reliable
You wait on hold forever and only deal with a call center that barely speaks English.

Their contracted business (a/c) doubled the price of Freon and totally overstated the amount needed. It was basically a non covered item

I've been with AHS for years. They've been good with most things but for some reason they can't seem to fix a refrigerator. Several years ago I had an issue with a regrigerator that drug on for 10 months until I finally bought a new one. Never fixed the issue, just kept sending the same contrator out and they'd change a different part. The rest of my service has been good until now.
