Unable to get through for service Hours of Wait time
Because we had an unfortunate situation with them and taking 3 weeks to replace a hot water heater. Especially in a pandemic and us new to a neighborhood not knowing anyone. Also filed a complaint with your customer service department asking for a call back and never heard back.
45-60!minutes waiting to talk to An outsources phone service. No way to send emails to communicate other than making multiple calls with no satisfactory response...the whole process is very frustrating!!!
I have been calling them for 2 weeks and still have yet to speak to someone

Terrible follow-through. I am still waiting on a service since January. If it is not done by next week, I am going to call in another plumber and take you to court to recover all of my money. And them let all of my neighbors know what has happened.

Bad customer service and no follow up when with is not completed
The coverage is great for the cost but, I find it annoying that they won’t cover repair costs for damage that is necessary for a repair. For example....some time ago I had a second story tub repaired. The plumber cut a 3’x3’ hole in my ceiling, did the repair and left. American Home Shield wouldn’t cover the cost either. I’m putting this out there because it was an eye opener for me and if they ever begin covering these types of cost they will get 5 stars from me.

I called in and they scheduled repair to be a week from thr date I called it in. Then they used a company 40-50 miles away, They only visit Burnet 2 times a week.
