Paid $100 svs fee and was charged an additional $125 to complete the job which included $20 in parts and 20 minutes labor. I was told if they could use a simple patch that is all the warranty would pay. For less than $100 I could have bought the tool and all supplies and not have a Fankenstein looking water pipe. I am very disgusted with your so called home warranty. I will be switching to a more reputable company that I can depend on for my future needs.

The coverage is great however the communications with a service representative are very poor.
Worst ever experience with any customer service or a contractor. DO NOT CHOOSE! The contractors are just as bad. The plumbing work was not completed, but they had no problem cashing my check. If there was a option for a AERO rating, I sure would use it for this company and its contractors..

Customer service doesn’t know anything about a case . We cannot talk to supervisor or get a transfer to the appropriate department . Cases take to long and they send incompetent companies

Ahs is one of the worse warranty company, their customer service agents are one of the worst and poorly trained and rude staff, it’s bad enough majority of them are in India or Asia somewhere. The service company they send to you are usually the worse service company representatives.
1 customer service, they look for any excuse not to fix issues and you have to fight with them to get anything repaired.

Customer service is a joke as customer. Service representatives are located in their home in the Philippines and no matter what your question is they read from a prepared script. This firm is a big rip off.
