They will find every way possible not to cover something. The companies they send out to look at your issues will scam you out of your money with out doing any work. Stay away from this warranty company and any of their contractors they use.

I am in the process of trying to get my air conditioning unit repaired or replaced. It is making a lot of noise and I live in a homeowners association environment. I'm going to be facing fines very soon for excessive noise. My repair person keeps hitting brick walls and trying to get this resolved.

Used to be great, now takes forever to get a phone call answered, takes forever for them to respond, generally customer service has declined tremendously.

i had a pipe leaking bad in my upstairs bathroom and it was leaking to my basement so i called a plumber to fix it before it got really bad and then i called AHS to let them know about it and to see how i was to proceed and send the invoice of the charges to them since this was my first time having to call them and when i got in touch with a live person they told me that i had to call them first before any work was done and that they would not work with me on this and i was out of luck on getting any kind of reimbursement ev... read more
