They left the work incomplete and it took three weeks to have someone come for the job after the initial technician couldnot fix the problem .

Out of pocket expensive . Seems coverage is inadequate

The annual cost of the service often rivals the cost of repairing or replacing an appliance, especially considering the cost of service fees and the work not covered by the policies.

AHS refused our claim on plumbing citing the notes from their plumber and his estimate of $13700 to perform the job. We canceled out contract with them and contacted a local plumbing company with excellent reviews. Their estimate to do the exact same thing was $3950, nearly a $10000 difference. We were mildly upset with a previous electrical claim that took way too long to complete.
Once I make time to cancel their service I will. If an Executive reads this review and wants some feedback and cares they could call me. Any time a request for help requires thought the person on the line can't answer. There is no common sense or empowerment associated with their service. If an event doesn't fall in their statistical guidelines you are out of luck. Not to mention, I don't think they have any oversight over the vendors they use as local providers.

Evaporator Coil leaked, AHS vendor American Airconditioning up-charged $2,200. I elected the cash option $ 678.00. If AHS only covers $678.00. Why use them, l can use my vendor of choice, whom l trust and they provide quality service at a fair price. AHS charges monthly fees a service charge when shady vendors come out, and the they never fully cover major repairs. You are better off saving your money and going with someone you trust.
