AHS is indifferent to customer complaints. They use dishonest contractors, and attempts to get help from AHS are ignored. Customer Service reps are in the Philippines and ignore concerns, brush off customer problems. Getting follow-up is impossible. Last summer it took three months to get my AC fixed because the contractor was unreliable and AHS refused to reassign the job to an honest technician. I had to email AHS execs using their private Facebook profiles to get any resolution.

Scammers!!! Our AC has been broken since May. Hours on the phone, contractor taking forever to come out, 3 service calls and still not working and lying phone associates at AHS.

Waiting for dishwasher to be fixed for 5 months. Parts are not available, the appliance should have been replaced. Many calls to customer service, always promising to call back within two days and never do call back. TERRIBLE SERVICE ON THIS APPLIANCE!

Send incompetent contractor that try to make you pay extra .. contractors not required to leave comments in writing with homeowners .. always side with contractors who write comments to benefit them getting more money
Good response time but inconsistent communication regarding services needed. Still charged for visit when no repair completed when service technician did not have parts needed
