THEY TOOK THERE SWEET TIME GETING THE OK TO FIX OUR HEATER IN MONTANA IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER 24BELOW AT NIGHT PIPES IN HOUSE FREEZING UP .

Phone answering terrible and website not easy to follow.
AHS took too long to call us back for a cash out option. 3 weeks. While we were waiting with a broken air conditioning in a 90 degree home. We called you 3-4 times after you sent us the technician. This company wanted to charge us a lot of money comparing the price we got from another company. The technicians you sent us wanted $15,000 for a new air conditioning. We got another estimate for $8,700.00 for the same thing. And you ended paying us only $1,100. after waiting for you almost a month in a 90 degree home.

AND has not repaired my air conditioning. They send an unqualified technician who does not know what to do and admits it, but they depending him. I have no choice but to retain legal counsel.
I see a response to my review. Never received a call to address the issue. Is this the strategy of beating a customer too the ground. Is this what AHS represents in this callous time. Is this the appreciation for continuing to provide services in this country. Again, I have yet to receive a call to discuss this matter.
