I have been with AHS for 18 years and until the past 6 months have been satisfied, Now however I am going to cancel my membership due to their lack of positive response. I have been told there is not work order yet I have it in my hands. Hardest time getting someone on the phone. Also you ask not to get a company that has caused more issues.. they continue to pair you with that company. Would not recommend

Call waiting to reach an associate is more than 57min. There is no way to contact via email. I had issues with Bath exhaust fan and ceiling fan. I made service request on 25-feb2020 in hopes of getting fabulous service like many reviews say. But Alas!, the electrician did nothing. He put some oil on Bath exhaust fan and said he can't do any thing about the ceiling fan since malfunction of fan is not covered it has to be completely broken for the service. Had a recent claim; repair person comes out and is unable to correct the matter; requires me to order the part myself if I wish to fix the sink fixture than replace it with a sub-standard product. Zero follow-up on the matter from American Home Shield.

Never finished contract for my double oven it has been over 4 months. Supposedly a cash Offer was made of around $300.00 They could not find a part. I am still without an oven. Every time I call I get a run around. This is ridiculous. Try getting me a double 30” oven & indd at talking it for $300. I will happily cancel my contract

You can never get ahold of someone on the phone. They have been working on my hot water heater repairs for a month. I can not get any answers from them and my heater has been leaking water for 4 weeks and still not fixed.

Customer service is a big thing to me. It usually takes about an hour to speak to a person. Supervisors are never available. It appears they read a script and do not fully listen to your concerns. If the wait time for a contractor to come out is unacceptable for you, you have no other options. There is no corporate number to reach a person to voice concerns. Service fee is too high and sometimes it takes them too long to find a contractor to resolve the issue. I often find have difficulty understanding the support staff because they appear to be foreigners answering the calls.
i've been a paying member since 2014 & live in the same house &i have always covered my house/ pool. I have an in- ground pool w/an heater. I have never had an issue with my heater until now. ABNation came to my house on April 4th & Pete, from ABNation was supposed to check my heater, my pool for DE going back into the pool & that my pump had lost prime.
