I requested a service order for my AC and you were prompt. However when the service tech discovered that it was a fried circuit board in my furnace he said that because he was new to the warranty side he would have to talk to his boss on how to handle it and that someone would contact me in 24-48 hours. No one has called me about this and I had to pay another $100. To start a service order on the furnace. I am impressed at how well your company is run except in this area.
Our here heater was damaged by one of AHS vendors, overnight temps are getting down into the 20's. AHS will not reimburse us for space heaters to keep our home warm until the Vendor comes back out to fix it.
Dishwasher problems reported in November 2020, and the problem wasn't resolved until late February 2021. Just glad it wasn't my heat and air conditioner as we would have frozen to death during recent blizzard.

I wouldn't give them one star but I had to select one my washer has been broken for over a month I was told it would take another 2 months to get the part. American home shield didn't even have the decency to tell me it would take that long the complaint that is fixing it did. American home shield just basically blew me off then when I called them they said we are sorry we will try to expedite your order we will call you back with more info in 48 hours. Here we are a week later still no call horrible company

There fee for service is a little high and there hidden what they dont pay for when the service parson gets here is frustreting
