Too long to resolve the problem . We were waiting more than a month and still did not resolve our problem.
They send out other crap companies that won't do the job correctly or at all. Then when you call them, not only will they do nothing to solve the actual problems, they will keep promising to call you back and do this and that for you then don't. Listen to other people when they tell you this insurance is not worth it. It's nothing more than a scam.
Toilet repair covered, sewer repair inside house covered, but toilet flange cost me $300 above my service fee if $75. Told flange repair not covered??? Nowhere in my contract does it say that. This happened in both my bathrooms.
I have been waiting to hear back from them on the disposition of a repair. Have tried getting in touch with but get the same answer concerning the problems with the virus. Website gives no place for me to register my problem.

Do not hire these people, please. Many reasons: 1. Long waiting time on the phone, they respond quickly when you are going to buy. 2. They would tell you: "we repair your item or replace it", (big BS, sorry for the expression); in my case, they couldn't repair my washer, they asked me to buy a new one but they only covered part of it, I bought a similar washer for $600, and they only gave me around $300's 3. They are good at setting up appointments to fix things, but if it’s not a simple cheap fix, than they delay and blame it on the service company. I’m currently going on a week and a half of no electricity in parts of my house because it was a repair that requires approval. I’ve had them for 3 years and this is my first major problem and they are causing more stress and not fixing the problem

I have tried to contact AHS by their website and I can't connect. I've tried to get them to send me link to change my login password, but no one has responded to my email request.
Some of the repair companies look for loophole not to repair service , but they still get the $100.00 serviced call money.
