I like speaking with people and the robo portion of my calls have been very frustrating.
AHS would not replace a broken part on my refrigerator, because the manufacturer told them it could not break from normal use. That’s BS, it broke because the ice got struck and cracked the part.
Rates keep rising, it's hard to get a hold of them by phone, no one calls back

Very unhappy about an HVAC issue. AC broken would not give us a check. We will cancel soon.
Service is awful the phone customer support is awful and when you pay very high monthly dues and when you need something repair or replaced you end up paying more. The whole program is awful and would not recommend to anyone
I do NOT like dealing with them, nor do many reliable reputable appliance repair techs.

The first time I used them it went great. Water heater went out and was fixed in two days. Right now my gas cooktop is out and the company they assigned has not contacted me and I can only text them or leave voice mail. No response from them at all after 5 days. On top of that American Home Shield has no contact information except to sit on hold and wait 45 minutes to talk to someone I make approx $500 an hour.
