Getting my refrigerator looked at was not too delayed. It was worked on but declared unrepairable. I have not heard from AHS about a replace in almost three weeks.

AHS is trying to deny my claim for a water leak on my tankless water heater saying that it was a preexisting condition. I don't buy that excuse. It is leaking to normal wear and tear and contractor said it's non repairable and needs to be replace. I'm still fighting with AHS for them to approve my claim.

They have changed their account so you can't talk to a person very easily by telephone
because my AC unit out of pocket is $1,575 for modification of 5 or 6 things and a replacement of a coil. almost rebuilding the AC unit instead of replacing it.

I have tried to call, the phone rings 3-4 times then I get a dial tone, also tried to log in to post a clam and say sorry page unavailable
I read them like that because the communication with the company is terrible speaking to people in other countries and a lot of times I don't understand what you're saying it's hard to get through on the phone
Denied to replace my kitchen faucet and still waiting for the manager to call me and explained to me why !
