If you are only using them for appliances repair/replacement that is good. If anything major goes wrong like furnace plumbing electrical or roofing give it up. Our furnace went out and the price to replace it was $2800 as it couldn't be repaired, they are paying $700 on a buyout. Nothing it you are going to let the repair company replace it. Hard to get in touch when you need them.
Most of the companies that they have doing your repairs have owners/managers that are not professional in the way they conduct business. They don't call back, employees don't show up when they are supposed to and they don't even call to let you know that they are not coming or are late. You have to stay on hold for days to get a rep. from AHS. Don't even try!!!

Getting too expensive. I hardly ever file a claim. Need to look around.
Had two services in one call, only one was completed the other was forgotten and will be almost two weeks out

waiting on call over 3 hours , AHS don't call back , AHS will make it impossible for you to replace essential appliance like oven or stove... AHS ask to take the oven and stove for 5 weeks to repair . stating 5 weeks without oven and stove will force you to buy one.....
Poor customer service. They use sub-par contractors that rarely show up for appointments and/or don't answer phone calls. Several contractors are lacking the knowledge to fix problems. Also calling in to customer service with a problem I am usually wait to talk to a representative 30-60 minutes.
