They make promises they do not keep. They are difficult to reach. They tell customers different info than they tell the contractors.

You cannot reach anyone by phone. I called 10 different days and time of day and only got through 1btime after waiting on hold for 1 and 1/2 hours. Same pool people came out twice and never fixed the problem. And my $100 dollars for service call never returned. Now I have paid another $100 to have someone else to come out for same problem.

sometimes, when you call in long wait and some people you cannot understand
Right now, I am very set with America Hoome Shield. Since May 20th, the technician was out 5 different times to repair my wash machine that is still not working. he replaced 2 drive boards at 2 different times, machine is still not working, The last time out, he said he would call to do a cash out. I called AHS, several times, stayed on hold for each call, from 45mins, to 1 1/2 hours to speak with someone. ask to speak with a manager or supevisor, that never happened. The first technician had vehicle problems and canceled and customer service took several days to find a replacement company.
I have never been so disgusted with a company in my life. I found out today that they pay bonuses to companies to write reports that don’t address the actual problem so they can avoid paying for a more substantial repair. We had seven contracts with this company on varying properties and I will happily be cancelling them all. Do NOT waste your time or money.
