Difficult and convoluted phone system; overcharging for repeat repairs for same problem; non-local repair companies;

I am displeased with my service, I never received my $100.00 back from you. You pulled $200.00 from my back account when I owed you $100.00.You set me up with a pluming company but I had air conditioning problems. The air conditioning people you sent said that You wouldn't pay pay the service. I purchased a new unit from them and paid them $4000.00 out of my pocket but you didn't return my $100.00 back from the pluming company. You owe me $100.00. I have had to pay and replace my own things.since the Clovis 19 the service is terrible they have you wait 30-90 minutes. I have been with them for 7years and I am looking for another. They send the cheapest companies out.

The customer service is horrible, I have been waiting since January to have my microwave repaired. They have the vendor GE working with them and their COMMUNICATION is worse than American Home Shield. I will no longer recommend them to family or friends as I have in the past.

If there was a negative rating this would be the place to get it The absolute worst company I've ever dealt with. First hold time is absurb! Normal is 2 hours. Agents promise I will get this corrected and will call u back. All lies. Contracters they hire are a joke Submitted for washer dryer repair on 6/29. Contractor came out stated dryer is fixed have to order part for washer. 2 days later dryer is in worse shape and leaving black residue on clothes. I agree with callers, having to wait over an hour to speak with someoe is crazy. I have a leak at my house. The first technician about a week ago fixed it but said he would see if AHS would approve pipes to be replaced. He put in request I never heard from AHS. Now I am sitting here today because the company they sent out today refuse to fix leak unless they replace all pipes. Request had been pending for 2 weeks. Coverage has decreased and rates have increased. Call center is not helpful when you call for support.

Because I called twice and I was on hold for almost two hours each time and it took more than a week for the company to go to do the repair
