If you want to speak to an actual person, be prepared to wait for hours. Even then it's difficult to resolve issues. Some contractors are very good, others very poor.
AHS is a company designed to collect fees and pay the minimum to complete a required repair. Our leaky faucet took to weeks to repair and the company assigned never completed the work. The faucet still needs to be replaced. An AC or HVAC repair has taken a similar amount of time and is still not repaired. Good luck getting a hold of a supervisor to address any problems.
