Impossible to talk to someone who can actually understand a situation and provide a solution

I hate to hear you were not satisfied with your experience with us and I would like to connect with you regarding it.
They are not consistent with communication throughout the repair. We sit on hold for hours to get anyone to provide an update that's really not useful.
AHS made a premature decision about reimbursement that resulted in a great deal of difficulty for me. The issue remains unresolved and I have lost confidence that AHS will honor its warranty coverage.
Every time I request service they goes up on my contract. Also the contractors they have sent have been dishonest.

I did not like there customer service and took 3 months to fix a leak.

The monthly rate has got so expensive and copay increased by 40 dollars hard to afford on medicare
Awful stay away!! shower leaked threw to downstairs couldn’t use shower only one! Called to put a claim in they sent a plumber out. He did nothing but look and said he had to go submit what he found before he could fix anything to see what they would cover and what they would not pay for fact we were with out a shower and water leaking downstairs. About to be going on two weeks still no update when I call and they say plumbers not getting back to them so instead of dispatch a different company they keep trying get hold them.... read more
