Horrible! Terrible wait times, atrocious contractors who don't get the work done, multiple call backs to only have the job not fixed
I had an urgent request related to a gas leak when I first moved into my home and they caused more stress and inconvenience than help.

Because I had to do a follow up call to get the second part of the repair done. The first rep I talked didn't do what he said he would so I had to call the repair shop myself to coordinate it. The second rep did follow up and got the repair completed.

Dryer was checked February 11 and was not repairable per Sears service have called 8 times and no response unable to contact American Home Shield in the United States very upset

Horrible. Wait time on phone is at least an hour AND outsourced, so representatives lack knowledge of common American standards (i.e. refrigerators come with a freezer compartment). Online service is misleading and does not allow to filter/choose contractors like ones that work weekends or located in same zip code. My A/C went out on a Friday night. Had to wait until Monday for contractor to call/set up appt. Weekend temps were 111 and 113, so house got up to 90s! NOT ACCEPTABLE!
Have Combo Plan...called in my very 1st claim...paid $75 for tech to come look at microwave door...then...that's all! Hard to reach ANYONE at AHS....CONTINUAL "HOLD" for HOURS!!!!

Because the company they have here at Sacramento ca they take to long to fix my washing machine and they didn't fixed I'm so mad
