Took several months to determine that the part for my dishwasher was unavailable to then finally replace my broken dishwasher.

Customers services has never follow up the service that has been requested I wish I could have money back
Easy to schedule service. Tried to change a contractor and that was a nightmare. The person on the phone couldn't understand what I was asking. All I wanted was a different company to come out than the one assigned. It was an awful experience.
I am writing this review to help out those who are looking into buying Home Warranty. I was a first time home buyer so my real state agent ( Gina & Jeremiah T ) told me I should buy a home warranty. 3 months after buying my condo , I noticed that water heather is leaking. Since water heather was covered under home warranty , I called American Home Shield ( AHS ) . They said they would send a technician from Confidential pluming. 5 weeks to fix A/C. E and E electrical were professional and got the job done.. Not happy with customer service. Being hung up on is degrading. Appreciate someone finally listened and did something Not sure if I'll stay with them. Extremely stressful.

The do not stand behind their customers. One has to wait on hold up to 2 hours.
They charged me the service even though their servicemen didn’t fix the problem and didn’t even bring tools in.

My "welcome call" was great. I have put in to have service in the past 2 weeks and I have had to wait on hold for hours. I have a broken refriderator and I still have not received any type of follow up. The fridge uses old refrigerant and upon inspection the coils burned the tech. I believe this is a hazard and needs to be replaced but I have yet to get a resolution here.
