It took over six weeks to get our fridge replaced. We called everyday and got no where. Finally after the second visit from the repairman he finally called them while he was at our home to let him no that the part for our fridge was unavailable. But they new this after two weeks after the first visit. After the last visit from the contractor AHS did finally approve a replacement and we recieved a check for our fridge to be replaced but we had to go purchase a new fridge and send them proof of the new fridge. Hit and miss terrible experience dealing with my air conditioner had to replace the entire heating and and air myself. This time the sevice people were good but dryer needed to be replaced. That was right after thanksgiving. Been in touch with purchasing after an average wait time to answer the phone 2 hrs. No solid answer on when the dryer will get here. This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. First of all, there is not 1 American that works for this company. No matter how many times you call or what number you call it is always some foreigner working from home. My hot water heater was messing up back in September and I paid the $100 service fee to have them send a contractor out to fix it. Contractor replace a few pipes and said it was good to go. Because they charge to come out, even if they can't fix it.
Hard to communicate with and can’t speak with supervisor to get answers. We had our hit water tank start leaking water. It’s 16 years old and needs to be replaced. We can’t take showers and have to pay for a hotel to take one until it’s replaced. The company that AHS has assigned to our problem can’t come out until late Friday. They’re not coming out to replace. But to look at it. Meaning we have to wait until next week to get it replaced costing us hundreds of dollars in hotel bills.
