AHS fixed my refrigerator 5 times, would not replace, and still the icemaker does not work. They will do anything before replacing an appliance no matter how much in inconveniences you.

I was told my washer was going to be fixed and was waiting on parts. Then my status changed two weeks later to being eligible for a new washer and call HSA. I called and was on hold for over 5.5 hours for support. The entire process was a nightmare and it's been over 3 weeks without a washer.

I'm posting this AGAIN, as the original review got posted to the work company. Wish I could give negative stars. Save your money and do not buy one of these policies from AHS. I had an electrical wiring problem inside my home; so I need an electrician. First, if you do this online, they want your $100 payment before you even know if or when they can schedule an appointment. So I try to call. It's a 45 minute hold time on the phone. Price for service call went up. Been with you for several years and always $75. Lady said State taxes, but our State tax hasn’t changed.

Worst customer service. Very unsatisfactory service response. Numerous calls made to schedule service refrigerator repair 45 to 1;00 hour waiting over the phone to get connected to a customer service representative. Expected frame time from contractors appointment set up minimum one week. Contractor scheduled very busy, Contractor came to inspect refrigerator and stated they will report to insurance for repair approval until now three weeks waiting since problem reported with no results. On the very first call, I paid $75 and the contractor looked at it and said he would provide us an estimate, which he did not do. Then, the company said that the problem was pre-existing before the policy was purchased. That wasn't true. The air conditioner was working until the day before I contacted American Home Shield.
