My issues were not resolved and there has been no follow up.
This company sucks. They call you like crazy when then want you to sign up, then when there is a problem, you have to wait forever to get someone to come out.... 2 missed appointments, 2 whole afternoons wasted and still no one has shown up. No one called and said they weren't going to show up. I had to call them to find out.... which means being on hold forever waiting for someone to answer. I have been waiting almost 2 months for my oven to be fixed. I have called every day for weeks without a resolutions and they will never allow me to speak with a manager.

It was a long wait for my work to be completed
Had to wait 3 1/2 hours on hold to get my service
I talked to six or seven customer service team member and most of them are not willing to help and when I asked them if I can talk to thier supervisor the answer is always they are not avialable. Most of them they don't even know what is cover and what is not cover. Very disappointed.

They were great when they came in a timely manor but it cost me $100.00 just for them to re-light my water heater.
Long-time customer - since 2004. Mixed experience with assigned contractors in the past. Just discovered a small plumbing/toilet leak. Tried to request service online and could not open my account on the website with any of 3 browsers I tried (Chrome, Edge and Safari) -- all displayed the spinning circle with no error messages.
