many things aren't covered and the 75$ fee for each visit- even if related issues, is a rip off.

Had a bad experience with a washing machine a few years ago, where I was without a washing machine for 6 weeks due to ineptness of technician.
I have spent 6 hours on the phone over 3 phone calls and as of today still no call back as promised 3 times. I am 70 my husband 75 its 95 degrees here and I’ve been without ac since June 2 and you all dont seem to care about anything but my draft.
