The refrigerator problem still exists and the local vendor seems a little irritated that I keep calling the problem in.

We have paid into this co. for years and now that we need them for a major appliance we are getting substandard care and not one customer service person we have talked to has matched anything the other has said about our situation.
Find phone communication long and drawn out bad audio and heavily accented customer service often difficult to understand
Poor communication skills, Coverage is a shell-game. Vendors are not reliable. The service charges are too high for the quality of vendors

The contractors are the best part of this company. The core employees, especially when you have to call in are horrible, substandard at best

I received a contract for the combo plan from the sellers of my house. They needed to offer a contract because the house was over 30 years old and had some deferred maintenance. However, since we planned to remodel, we were not that concerned. In year 1, we had 2 visits from plumbers to correct problems with running toilets and loud flushing.
