Poor service. If you happen to have a service provider that doesn't follow up or is discourteous, it's impossible to get another company sent out unless you pay another $75.00 fee. If you try to call the company, you are put on indefinite hold for hours. We have been trying to call them over the past two days and have been put on hold a total of six hours and after the end of each time, they eventually hang up on us. Read this please don't let them screw you. I had them for over a year. You better hope nothing happens in the weekend because they will assign you companie who don't work on the weekends u will have to way until monday. And don't bother calling them and asking for a different company they will tell you is not posible. You have to wait until that company gets there. they did this to me 3 times in the state of ohio. Contractors assigned to a job are often the worst reviewed contractors in the area. I've been waiting a month for my dishwasher to be fixed. All the reviews on the company's website blame AHS for assigning them that company.

I am currently on hold to speak to a supervisor about the bait & switch that AHS has running conjunction with AC repair vendors. This will be the 3rd compressor on this unit that is going to be changed and each time a COMPLETELY different company is sent out, therefore, no accountability if there was shoddy workmanship in installation. Our track light system is out in our condo. I fully expect to buy light bulbs when they go out but I couldn’t believe a failed track system was not covered. I will not renew. A huge waste of hard earned money

We had the policy for almost three years before a coil went out on one of the air handlers during a very hot June. We called and 48 hours later the first repairman showed up. My wife said at first sight he would never be able to handle the job. Sure enough, after 30 minutes he came to us and said he could not get into the area needed to test the system so he was going to have to call AHS and have them send another company out to handle the work. Bad Experience on 1st time service call. My A/C unit was throwing warm air and AHS sent a Technician from Sal S's Temprite Heating & Cooling, the technician came and said in his invoice "found leak in Evap Coil unrepairable" It is a RF410a unit and the coil can be replaced. AHS rejected my claim and said there is no coverage.
