Microwave stopped. Filed claim with AHS 5 wks ago. Repairman came out - said he needed parts. Ordered parts and then returned when they arrived. Repairman said wrong parts were sent and ordered new parts. Second set of parts came so I called AHS to finish repair--first date available 10 days later. HORRIBLE experience!! We paid $58 per month for 4.5 years and only used the service once to replace a burner on our stove and it was a nightmare. We just had an a/c issue. The contractor they chose couldn't come for 3 days. We spent over $350 for a hotel during that time. When they finally showed up they said the motor on the outside unit was bad. I have been dealing with AHS for 2 weeks now in an attempt to get my air conditioner back online and have been given little assistance from AHS. I initially had an AHS approved technician come out and was charged a fee as outlined in the contract. I should note that the company I selected was not the default company due to terrible reviews and personal experience with that default company. Poor service. If you happen to have a service provider that doesn't follow up or is discourteous, it's impossible to get another company sent out unless you pay another $75.00 fee. If you try to call the company, you are put on indefinite hold for hours. We have been trying to call them over the past two days and have been put on hold a total of six hours and after the end of each time, they eventually hang up on us. We are just going to cancel the coverage - so frustrating - and I don't think it's because of COVID-19 issues... read more

Read this please don't let them screw you. I had them for over a year. You better hope nothing happens in the weekend because they will assign you companie who don't work on the weekends u will have to way until monday. Contractors assigned to a job are often the worst reviewed contractors in the area. I've been waiting a month for my dishwasher to be fixed. All the reviews on the company's website blame AHS for assigning them that company.

I am currently on hold to speak to a supervisor about the bait & switch that AHS has running conjunction with AC repair vendors. This will be the 3rd compressor on this unit that is going to be changed and each time a COMPLETELY different company is sent out, therefore, no accountability if there was shoddy workmanship in installation. Our track light system is out in our condo. I fully expect to buy light bulbs when they go out but I couldn’t believe a failed track system was not covered. I will not renew. A huge waste of hard earned money
