I would give them a zero if I could. Our dishwasher problem was reported to them 8/12/19 and tomorrow is 10/1/19. Needless to say the dishwasher is still not working. They say the parts are backordered so we have to wait until they come in. Who knows when that will be!! They did offer a $108 settlement towards a new one. What a scam!!!

I requested service 12 days ago. The technician they sent out did not even look for a problem, just said I would have to call someone else. I called someone else, they looked at the problem, and it was under my warranty with AHS. 7 days later, I am still waiting for AHS to sent out a technician. They said I can go ahead and pay for it myself if I don't want to wait. It's a scam.

They wrote up coverage for me but left out the Air Conditioners. Most of the time I don't use their vendors so I ended up paying out of pocket anyway. Their sales staff is either uninformed or intentionally mislead - they tell me about a plan that reimburses for coverage as I'm cancelling their policy. One of their vendors said he would order a part for us. We wait for the part only to find out that he never ordered it because he said we broke the stove. I have had AHS for over 3 years and never had to use it until last week, yes it and been one week, our microwave went out. I filed a claim the technician came out to try to repair it which he couldn't. He had stated that one of the parts he was needing had been discontinued so more than likely I would be getting a new one. My wife and I had an AHS contract two years ago. Experience #1: garbage disposal stopped working. Called AHS. AHS recommended plumber installed an inferior disposal with nowhere near the horsepower of the original. Only after we called AHS, did the plumber come out and replace the disposal with one of 'equal' quality. Experience #2: hot water started leaking the day before Thanksgiving. Crooked company. Paid more for ac service with warranty, than I would if hired my own. They never fixed ac. Talk to call center in Philippines with no luck. Waiting two weeks to try to get ac fixed. Major scam

We purchased a home warranty on both our homes years ago and expected when we needed the coverage, the warranty would offset a large, unexpected expense. WRONG! If I would have put aside all of that money, I’d be able to cover the thousands of dollars to repair my A/C. Canceling both polices ASAP and never allowing anyone I know to sign on with this company! Horrible service and coverage!
