Horrible! I had a service call for a kitchen sink stoppage. Usually when it can't be unclogged from under the sink it has to be unclogged from my main drain which is on my roof because my home is an older home. He refused to do that although I told him they have done it before. I called AHS and they said they had to wait for the plumbers report and would call me back. This weekend was not good at all. In order to solve a simple problem, you would think I was asking for the impossible. Cozy Comfort came out a while ago to get our heater ready for the winter. Well a couple of days later it got cold enough for the heater to turn on. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. I tried contacting AHS, and the lady told me to call Cozy Comfort. Was a little disappointed they sent out an electrician that did not fix the short in the ground wire, and I had to.pay them. $75 fee, but the second cooling people they sent out found the short and fixed the problem.

I was told the two parts that were being replaced were the only parts that could be replaced. Because these exact parts had already been replaced last year. Not surprising this didn't fix the problem. Now I was told there is an ignition bar that was being replaced on this model routinely about 5 years ago. Why just replace parts that had already been replaced? Now I'm screwed until after Xmas waiting on another part!!!

When I first contracted with AHS they were ok. Fortunately I didn’t Use them much, but was happy to have them. Their call service is horrible, absolutely horrible. They use an offshore company whose agents really don’t understand English, which is frustrating. Used them for several years and was pretty satisfied.
