They don't care about your property being destroyed. I paid a total of$ 250.00 for repairs to be done on my washing machine. America home shield took my money and got no repairs done to my washing machine.

It has been two weeks since my claim. I understand AHS needs a second opinion. In 2002, the seller of my home paid for my warranty service. Since July 2003 I have personally paid for it. For 16 years! What's the problem?

Absolutely horrible. Had a plumbing problem back in February. The plumber AHS gave us cancelled three times in three weeks. Finally hired our own plumber. Sent invoice they now say they never got. I called to check put on hold for hours. Told checks in the mail then no it's not never got the invoice. It's a complete scam. Save your money they suck

This is the worst home warranty I have ever had. My AC had been broken since April and we are now in July. The Home shield sent 3 differnt back yard AC Company's out to fix my AC. It would for 5 days then stop blowing cold air. All they wanted was to compasate me is $127 to buy a wall unit. Not even enough to buy one the cheapest one I could find is $150 from target. I have been a long-time customer with numerous properties. It is getting worse and worse. If you need to change or cancel a contract, you cannot do so online. I have spent hours on hold just to keep being transferred over and over again. They have you in a trap. Everyone I have spoken to is uninformed and inept. I was originally a customer of HSA, and when American Home Shield bought HSA, the company practices changed for the worst. The most recent issue is that I requested for a toilet repair. It took 1 month and over 3 hours on the phone with AHS to have the toilet repaired. Not once did AHS apologize or admit to negligence. I would give them ZERO stars if it were possible. My freezer has been non functional for over a month . When I first requested service, they sent a technician, who did not even get the fridge out of the cabinet., stating that he would have to get 2 people to help him and that home warranty company would have to authorize it . As of Sept 18, my review is still the same...NO STARS AT ALL!!! I tried dealing with the person who contacted me but got nowhere!!! On something so simple as providing a physical printed policy, they can not do it because their statement is that they will not send another duplicate of the policy.
