Refrigerator has water dripping pan problem( water stays and spills out of the pan) and technician told me I need to dump that water out manually!!! WTH?? Never had to do with the fridge my whole life and the problem happened recently. They sent me a guy who is not a fridge technician. Scam!! Tried to call the customer service but put me on hold forever! I want to cancel the entire service plus refund!!! ASAP!

I have been with them 20 years, during this time I have had items fo our on me. I guess only having 1 bad experience is pretty good for 20 years, but you know how it is, people always remember the bad. It was a language barrier, still upsets me to this day. Why can't they get English speaking associates? Other than that issue they would of been 5 stars! I want to talk to someone in English, they understand English & don't sound like they're reading from the script they do read from.

Atrocious customer service to the point where I have been unable to speak with someone after 8 or 9 attempts. I have had my pool electric serviced five times in one year, and now it is beyond repair with no coverage due to “beyond wear and tear” due to damage caused by a contractor they sent. Laughably terrible company. This organization is a scam and should not be in business.

Horrible experience ! Worst customer service ever! I have a problem with a bad leak of the toilet, I had to wait 4 days for some company they referred me to, to come out, just to tell me that they can’t do nothing for me for an other week. I called in reference to a wall leak and paid my $125 deductible with the expectation to receive needed assistance, but I was surprised with the lack there of. I was advised by the plumbing company (PRIME PLUMBING COMPANY LLC) that they couldn’t cut into the wall as a result of the AHS policy prevents them from cutting into the wall to investigate the leak. Bad guidelines for emergencies, no call backs as promised, and contractors are closed on weekends. Even though their contractors have 24/7 emergency service, and they hire low grade contractors. Here is my long but short story: The local gas company detected gas leaking from my furnace. I requested service from AHS and the tech came out the next morning. Great! Right!
