Worst home insurance company ever!!!! I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks for their contractors to show up and fix my a/c. Two guys showed up but they don’t know how to get the work done. It’s been almost a month and I’m still having issues with my a/c and still waiting for their contractors to fix my problem! It’s sad that this company scams people’s money and nothing gets done!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY PEOPLE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Had new Heatpump and Furnance installed last spring, Heat pump had not worked properly all winter, found out the installer totally did a complete disastrous job. After the Last Installer was here last spring, I cancelled AHS. I have been with AHS for two years and the worst part is customer service. I have made claims online and service repaired quickly. However, my most recent experience is horrible. Our ac was not working, the ac guy came and determined it was electrical and would let AHS know but wait until that evening and contact them to set up the electrician for him to get the paperwork/call into them. The agents denied my claim for the secondary drip pan for my attic installed a/c. This pan is required by the building commission. My contract covers "all components and parts of the air conditioning system". Since the drip pan is required by the building commission, it is part of the "air conditioning system". The agent quoted a section of the contact that does not exist. It is completely false and does not exist in my contract. They just read from talking points without knowing anything about the contact.

1. In May 2018 my AC unit outside was frozen so they told me the 1st visit leave it off for awhile to thaw out then try again. The 2nd visit they said i needed a new air handler inside which i had to pay 1500 out of pocket in which 500 was for freon ( unit was 4000 dollars). 2. I had American Home Shield for a little over a year. My AC was giving me trouble and not cooling properly. I called and asked American Home Shield if a leak check would be performed. They said yes only after the second call there was the initial call but for them to come back out was the second call out. They use the company called JMorgan AC from Groves Texas. Horrendous customer service. Have been trying to get my AC fixed since 7/28 and have made zero progress towards getting repairs done despite countless hours on the phone. This is a big deal living in Phoenix with 108 degree temperatures and a newborn and toddler in my house! I would concur with many reviews left by others here. RUN, do not walk, from this company. Their customer service is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL and there is no one designated to speak with customers about concerns or poor experiences.
