We have used AHS for the past 6 years for our home warranty company and were pleased with the service. Unfortunately, now AHS is using a call center in the Philippines to handle their service call scheduling. It is horrible!!! Those poor people do not know what they are doing and trying to talk to one of the supervisors is impossible. Shame on you AHS for doing this to your customers. We will be looking for another warranty company!

If I could put a zero I would. We have been dealing with a septic problem for over 3 weeks now since reporting to AHS. First contractor no showed. They wouldn't assign another one until they too could not reach them. Second contractor came out, did not do the free pump, diagnosed as a broken pump, and never submitted quote (All Pro Septic). We have been on phone with AHS for 12-15 calls equaling hundreds of hours, and they continuously read from same script. We recently bought our home and our Real Estate Agent wrote a home warranty into our contract. American Home Shield. They were paid by the title company... a month later they say they never got paid even though I have the canceled check to prove it. Their customer service rep “Jake” put me on hold more than 8 times to “check” on that. My hot water leaked on a weekend in the middle of winter. I had to get it fixed fast. AHS had no live agents and the automated system wanted me to pay the deductible with giving me any idea if I would be dispatch an emergency service etc. I would not pay for something without knowing exactly and approximate time of receiving the service. I am almost decided that it's a SCAM. Every time I called them they tell me they will post a new check and it never arrives. I am dealing with them from December 2019. Mine is a Reimbursement issue. My appliance stopped working and they told me that I can buy a new appliance and asked me to submit a receipt and account details. I am still waiting for reimbursement. After I joined them I made three friends of mine joined it now I will complain about this SCAM company wherever I can.

The company will not fix our home back to its original state. We ask them before they started the job if they would and they stated yes. When calling to see when someone was coming out to finish the job, they stated several times the could not find a contactor. When I called on Thursday 9/26/19 they stated they were not going to complete the job because we were at our limit of 1000.00 dollars for plumbing. Never once did they inform of of this. I recently signed in for the home warranty with this company. Their customer service representatives are RUDE & Unprofessional.DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY. My water heater got leaks and When i called this guys ,they charged me 100$ for a plumber visit and then he identified that we need to replace the water heater.After that they made us wait more than a week with no response.When we called them to check none of the representatives responded with correct information. Every time I would call for service, they would not repair the item because it was not normal wear and tear. I had other technicians out that disagreed with their assessments, but they only used vendors on their list (I wonder why?) This company is a scam and I also reported them to the Better Business Bureau.
