Nothing except minor repairs is covered 100% had a call for a bad a/c unit , not covered had to pay 100% for a new one , pool/spa heater not covered had to call another repair service to make me feel good because it wasn’t cover because it wasn’t up to code ever though it was up to code when installed or it couldn’t have been installed . Can you pay attention to all your customers complain, their review or complaints is true become it happened to me now. I wish I red all this review before I renew my contract. My dad had called AHS and was talked into purchasing a plan which seemed ok, so when their hot water heater went bad, we called them and punctuality wasn't an issue when my folks water heater went bad, originally he was told the hot water heater was covered , which apparently was, but when the tech came over and took it apart, he told my dad sorry sir, although your hot water heater is covered the part that went bad ISNT COVERED... We have been trying to have two appliances fixed for a month. Each time my husband calls we are told parts have been ordered. We have no time line as to when parts will arrive but amazingly I receive anything else I order in two days. My husband escalated to an escalation manager and was given his direct number. Called it back a few days later and it doesn't go to the same person rather anyone answers it and they don't know the person you spoke to previously. This company is a disaster! They only try to patch things over and I have had so much trouble getting them to take any action. We had a repair done, where we had to come out of pocket over $1,000, and the same exact part broke 66 days later. They refused to pay for the replacement, because it was 6 days past the 60 day warranty. Previously, it took them over 3 months to get the part and fix our broken stove. More trouble than it's worth!

Worst customer service on Earth! Accounting department is so so terrible! Double-charged me for aservice call, and after a million phone calls over 6 months to get a refund, they again charged me for another service call instead of giving a refund. I now have to show evidence from my credit card company that it was a charge and not a credit! How incompetent are these people? ?? Rip off, Rip Off, Rip Off, They charge the premium upfront, then make you pay a $100.00 service so someone can come out and tell you that you appliance is too old and not covered. The refuse to refund my premium that would have paid for a replacement appliance . Please do not use these people
